The history of founding
Ginowan city plumbing heating air conditioning constructor’s association, Okinawa water supply control center Co., Ltd. , Daiichi environment Co., Ltd. have united their expertise and experience to provide a safe and reliable water supply. We will carry out our operations with out “collective strength”.

Ginowan city plumbing heating and air conditioning constructor’s association
The association was founded in 1979 to play an important role in maintaining the vital lifelines in the community through the execution of water and sewerage pipes. In the more than 40years, since then, we have established a system to repair leaks day and night to protect the “waterworks” that are necessary to sustain life. With the steady efforts and organization of 18 member companies in Ginowan city, we have built a deep relationship of trust with the local community and Ginowan city, and fulfill, our role in society.

Okinawa water supply control center Co., Ltd.
We have received orders from the Okinawa Prefectural Enterprise Bureau for the operation and management of the Sea Water Desalination Center and the operation of water treatment plant at the Chatan Water Purification Plant, and from the Naha city Water and Sewerage Bureau for the maintenance and management of water and sewerage facilities. We offer our experience in waterworks technology. We also actively participate in river cleanups and Okinawa Prefectural Enterprise Bureau of comprehensive training.
Daiichi environment Co., Ltd.
We offer our know-how gained from our experience in more than 130 charge-related operations as well as 30 water supply and drainage management operations throughout Japan. We have also participated in local cleanups and water supply week events, and an emergency drills to deepen our interactions.
